Developing a communication plan for Washington, D.C. wellness service.

Challenge: POW was commissioned to host a series of healing sessions for a couples wellness retreat in Colombia South America. Attendees were from various states in North America, and POW was looking to establish messaging and retain communication with attendees post retreat.

Strategic Output: Communication Strategy, Content Strategy, Consultation and Recommendations. 

Solution: Develop a post-retreat email campaign and content strategy that fosters a relationship where POW becomes a go-to source for wellness services and knowledge. Campaign concept “The Remedy - Healing Cycles to Reduce Trauma Patterns” aligned with the brand’s purpose, strategies and niche offering. 

Results: Event was followed up by successful post retreat communication with attendees. Strategies were both relevant and evergreen, laying the foundation for future communication plans. Priority One Wellness gained an expanded framing for its services.
